Australia's premium Drupal website consulting, design and development firm, PreviousNext, is seeking a mid-weight to senior Digital Producer to join our studio on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We work with top-tier organisations, including the NSW Government, Australian Conservation Foundation, ABC & SBS TV, Vividwireless, Coastalwatch and many more, building content-rich websites with the leading open source content management system, Drupal.
Our projects are run with modular and distributed teams led by a Producer - a hybrid account/project manager role as the client's primary contact and the project team's coordinator. Responsibilities include: Client communications and relationship management; Project scoping and quoting; Resource planning and management; Financial reporting; Project documentation and quality assurance management.
The Northern Beaches studio is 100m from the beach in the heart of Avalon's café district, and we have a thoroughly modern outlook on working life, including flexible hours, working from home, generous training and conference budgets and a company profit share scheme. We also have a studio in Redfern for our urban team.
The right candidate will have worked in website design and development for more than five years and be familiar with managing larger content-driven websites using proven project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince 2. Experience with Drupal or other content management systems is a definite advantage. Our Producers are self-starters, exceptional communicators and detail focussed, but are always able to shepherd a team through complex projects with good humour and unflappable charm.
The role is available as contract, permanent part-time or full time for the right candidate, and pay will be commensurate with experience and market standards. We're definitely looking for someone who wants to grow with the company as we ride the wave of Drupal adoption in Australia!
