Challenge
PreviousNext was charged with the task of creating the visual design for The Chaser website during the 2010 election coverage. The design for the website was based on the visual design from the show, but the real challenge lay in the timing: no one knew exactly when the election would be called and the website needed to be streamed live concurrently with the on-air program.
Solution
As ABC TV always uses its websites and iView to rebroadcast its shows, it was imperative The Chaser website was ready in conjunction with the Election Coverage Show. PreviousNext began designing while the show was in pre-production, and by election week all systems were in place.
Outcome
The Chaser 2010 Election Coverage was a critically acclaimed show, with the website playing a key role in its broadcast.
